Daily Bible Reading: Deuteronomy 11 – 13
Verse of the Day: Deuteronomy 11:19 – “And ye shall teach them your children, talking of them, when thou sittest in thy house, and when thou walkest by the way, and when thou liest down, and when thou risest up.”
Somehow we have changed Christianity from a 24/7 part of our life into only a Sunday morning “go to meeting” type of lifestyle. We live our lives in secular/sacred divisions – and the twain seldom co-exists.
God designed our relationship with Him to be daily. What we believe and live on Sunday should be the same that we live on Tuesday (or Friday night), We are called by God to exhibit our family relationship at all times, in all ways, to everyone we meet along the way.
God challenges us to follow Him, obey Him, and display Him before the world around us. Today – show off God in your life.
Prayer: Father, today I want to display You to the world I live in, shine through me that others may see you. Amen.
